Pro Power Generators Warranty

Pro Power Generators LLC is committed to providing high-quality, reliable products. We

offer a warranty on our generators, including the Pro Power Generator Ends, under the

following terms:

Warranty Coverage:

 This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year

or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase.

 The warranty is applicable when the generator is used under normal operating

conditions as intended for standard generator applications.

What is Covered:

 Replacement of the Pro Power Generator End due to defects in manufacturing or

materials.

 Repair or replacement of parts that fail under normal usage and conditions.

What is Not Covered:

 Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

 Damage caused by exposure to outside contaminants, including but not limited to water, sand, salt, dirt, and any abrasive substances such as chemicals, debris, or other foreign materials that may harm the generator’s components.

 Any damage to the electrical system or other parts caused by improper usage, such as excessive moisture exposure, prolonged exposure to the elements, or environments that fall outside normal operating conditions.

Warranty Service:

 To request warranty service, please get in touch with Pro Power Generators LLC

with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

 Pro Power Generators LLC will assess the claim and determine if the damage

falls within the warranty terms.

This warranty is intended to cover reasonable and expected use of the generator in

standard applications. It does not cover damage or failure due to conditions outside

these guidelines.
